Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing Workers’ Compensation, Corporate Risk, or Commercial Claims.
• Deep understanding of Workers’ Compensation laws/regulations, alongside Commercial Auto and General Liability claims processes.
• Vendor management with TPAs, brokers, and carriers.
• Analytical rigor: dissect loss runs, reserve reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Claims Ownership: manage Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability from intake to resolution.
• Serve as liaison with external partners (TPAs, brokers, carriers) to mitigate risk.
• Monitor reserves and pursue cost-saving opportunities via subrogation and settlements.
• Analyze claims data to identify risk trends and drive improvements across departments.
