Job summary

Liquid Env Solutions of Texas is seeking a Corporate Risk & Claims Management Specialist to own the full lifecycle of corporate claims and to partner with executive leadership across finance, operations, and external partners. This high-visibility role influences reserves, strategies, and cost management in a fast-growing, acquisition-driven environment.

You will lead end-to-end claims, manage relationships with TPAs and carriers, and drive data-driven risk mitigation while supporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workers’ Compensation, corporate risk, or commercial claims.
• Deep understanding of workers’ compensation laws/regulations and auto/general liability claims.
• Proven vendor management with TPAs, brokers and carriers.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Claims Ownership: manage lifecycle of workers’ comp, auto liability and general liability claims.
• Strategic Partnership: liaison with TPAs, brokers, carriers and legal teams.
• Financial Stewardship: monitor reserves and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
• Data-Driven Risk Mitigation: analyze claims data and dashboards to identify trends.
• Executive Visibility: prepare summaries for executive reviews and reserve reporting.
• M&A Support: assist integration of acquired companies into insurance framework.
• Program Administration: oversee COI process and annual renewal activities.
