Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) in Irving, TX is seeking a Corporate Risk & Claims Management Specialist to own the full lifecycle of claims and partner with Legal, Finance, Fleet, and Operations. The role offers high autonomy in shaping settlement strategies and reducing costs in a growth-focused environment.

You will manage Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability claims, coordinate with TPAs and brokers, monitor reserves, and prepare executive-level risk reports as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing Workers’ Compensation, Corporate Risk, or Commercial Claims.
• Deep knowledge of Workers’ Compensation laws/regulations and liability claims processes.
• Vendor management experience with TPAs, brokers, and carriers.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate data into risk-reduction actions.
• Proficiency with Excel and corporate claims portals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end claims lifecycle for WC, Auto, and GL.
• Serve as liaison with TPAs, brokers, carriers, and legal teams.
• Monitor reserves and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive summaries and support M&A integration.
