Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, back-office, and sales roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, and manage external agencies to build strong pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in recruiting, experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS, and a proven ability to analyze recruiting metrics and drive process improvements,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of functions (corporate, sales, and back-office).
• Experience managing external agency/vendor relationships and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills; able to build and present recruiting dashboards across multiple functions.
• Genuine flexibility and a "no job too small or unfamiliar" mindset.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable ATS/HRIS platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate/back-office and sales roles; support manufacturing and engineering searches as needed.
• Source passive candidates and engage for sales and specialized back-office roles.
• Provide consistent, timely follow-up with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand needs and manage pipeline health and timelines.
• Own recruiting metrics and reporting across supported functions; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
