First Horizon Bank is seeking a seasoned Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee end-to-end real estate activities for a multi-state portfolio in the Charlotte region. You will lead site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions while coordinating with internal stakeholders to support growth and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate real estate transaction management, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of corporate real estate transaction management experience, preferably in banking/finance.
• Strong understanding of lease structures, market conditions and financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate platforms.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions across the portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals and dispositions.
• Broker and vendor relationship management as primary point of contact for external partners.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to optimize portfolio for cost savings and space efficiency.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align transaction strategies with business needs.
