Job summary

Premier Golf is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic Program Manager to build, scale, and lead our PGA Relationship & Travel Program. You will serve as the primary architect of the PGA strategy, translating vision into operational reality and guiding a regional team.

The ideal candidate will have deep PGA network ties with section leaders and PGA Professionals, proven experience building business plans, SOPs, and driving P&L growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the golf industry.
• Strong relationships within PGA network with Section leaders.
• Experience building business plans and SOPs, P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year business plan for the PGA Relationship & Travel Program.
• Engage PGA Sections and leaders to expand partnerships.
• Create SOPs and oversee lead generation, CRM, bookings, and service standards.
• Recruit and mentor Regional PGA Relationship Consultants and travel specialists.
• Lead events and partnerships, drive revenue and brand growth.
