Blood Cancer United is seeking a Territory Director, Corporate Partnerships to lead strategic corporate partnerships across regional and national teams. You will drive revenue through six-figure deals, develop tailored solutions with major corporations, and mentor frontline staff to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 7–10 years of non-profit corporate partnership experience with high-level interactions and closing significant partnerships.
• National-level nonprofit experience.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Strong negotiation and solution-oriented problem solving.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own corporate partnership development with regional and national teams.
• Manage a portfolio of priority corporations to meet identified revenue goals.
• Close six+ figure partnerships with customized solutions and strong delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to Corporate Partnerships staff.
• Oversee multi-regional and national partnerships strategy and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executives to negotiate and manage enterprise-level relationships.
