You will drive a business development strategy for COE consortia, institutes, and centers, aiming for growth and sustainability and expanding collaborations with faculty.

The role reports to the Director and requires adept communication, strategic thinking, and ability to engage external stakeholders across sectors,

Qualificações

• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority to deliver high‑impact results.
• Experience crafting and delivering clear presentations to leadership, advisory boards, faculty, or external stakeholders.
• Professional experience identifying, developing, or expanding corporate partnerships, joint initiatives, or revenue‑generating opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads industrial consortia and national lab collaborations, guiding strategy, communications, events, and recruitment.
• Evaluates strategies and recommends improvements to leadership.
• Identifies and implements new or revised unit policies and procedures.
• Monitors portfolio activity and market share; shares updates with leadership.
• Plans staff delivery of business outreach events, programs, and research activities.
