Job summary

City Year Greater Boston is seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects. You will support strategy, stewardship, and the execution of CYGB’s broader corporate engagement efforts, including sponsorships and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of experience in corporate fundraising/partnerships, business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong external relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects through strategic cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal activities.
• Develop and execute individualized engagement strategies that deepen relationships and increase philanthropic support.
• Identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities through prospect research and networking.
• Secure financial support through corporate sponsorships, employee engagement opportunities, and other partnership initiatives.
• Support proposal development, grant materials, sponsorship packages, and donor communications.
• Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce and support campaigns and events.
