Job summary

United Way of Salt Lake (UWSL) seeks a Corporate Engagement & Grants Manager to cultivate investments in workplace giving, grants, sponsorships, and volunteer programs. You will join the Corporate Engagement Team to align philanthropic dollars with UWSL priorities and boost community impact.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in sales or relationship management, fundraising, and strong Excel, Microsoft 365 and Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of sales, project or relationship management experience; fundraising preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; comfortable using Microsoft and Google Suites.
• Experience with CRM software; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 65+ workplace giving campaigns and coach ECMs.
• Manage corporate grant opportunities from prospecting to renewal.
• Maintain funder relationships and track deadlines.
• Coordinate corporate volunteer engagement and sponsorship activities.
