Job summary

Carolina Hurricanes seeks an Account Manager, Corporate Partnerships to manage strategic planning, ideation, and activation for partner sponsorships. You will deliver world-class service, align marketing platforms with partner business goals, and drive revenue while enhancing the fan experience.

This role requires strong relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to lead sponsor programs from planning through execution, reporting, and renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or strongly preferred.
• MBA/MS in Sports & Entertainment preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in marketing/activation with client focus in sports or entertainment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow Canes partnership revenues through client relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day management, activation, and development of assigned partners.
• Act as corporate marketing consultant to develop and deliver sponsorship platforms.
• Lead planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of contractual elements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on strategy and fulfillment.
• Maintain and grow partner relationships at all levels with regular touchpoints.
• Ideate and innovate sponsor platforms to drive business objectives.
• Lead on special projects and committees within the organization.
• Perform other duties, including Gameday duties.
