You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate with plant operations and carriers to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, a business-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across logistics functions.
• Develop and execute corporate logistics strategies to support goals and reduce costs.
• Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency opportunities and freight cost reductions.
• Lead initiatives to improve delivery performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to align logistics with business goals.
• Standardize logistics processes across locations to ensure consistency and compliance.
