Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and operational excellence across logistics.
• Develop corporate logistics strategies to improve service and reduce costs.
• Analyze transportation data to streamline operations and cut freight costs.
• Lead initiatives to improve delivery performance and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Standardize logistics processes across locations for consistency.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving programs with carriers.
• Present logistics performance to senior leadership and lead review meetings.
• Oversee freight operations including FTL, LTL, and small packages.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA compliance and proper documentation.
