DLA Piper is seeking an associate to join our corporate practice with 3–6 years of experience advising clients on corporate insurance matters, including D&O, cyberliability, representations and warranties, and related lines of insurance. The position will be based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or New York, with consideration given to other U.S.

offices. This is not a remote work position; hybrid in-office presence is expected.

Qualificações

• JD and admission to practice in the state where the office is located.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with high accuracy.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution, including trials, negotiations, settlements, closings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
