Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a corporate attorney to join our corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ experience advising clients on corporate insurance matters, including placements, claim management for D&O insurance, representations & warranties, cyberliability, and other lines of insurance.

This role is based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, or New York, with options for other US offices; not a remote position, with hybrid work potential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with partners, lawyers, clients, staff and third parties.
• Produce deliverables and respond to inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Analyze complex legal issues using research and applicable law.
• Provide timely, accurate, and well-reasoned work product.
• Be available to ensure timely delivery of services during business hours, evenings and weekends.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Observe firm policies and practices.
