Flamingo, a fast-growing body, hair, and care brand, seeks a Corporate FP&A leader to own the enterprise planning cycle and 3-statement modeling within Mammoth Brands. You will partner with executives to deliver monthly reporting, forecast updates, and long-term financial planning, driving scalable processes and AI-enabled insights.

The role sits in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise planning cycle including monthly reporting, budget vs actual, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Support board materials and leadership reporting with insightful performance commentary for decision making.
• Enhance forecasting and reporting systems to improve accuracy and speed.
• Drive process improvements that increase transparency, scalability, and analytical rigor across Corporate FP&A.
• Support Enterprise Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Shape of P&L modeling for portfolio decisions.
