Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Corporate FP&A professional to own the enterprise 3-statement model and lead long-term financial planning. You will partner with Head of Corporate Finance to align operational performance with capital allocation and strategy, while driving automation and scalable processes across reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate FP&A or related finance role
• Strong 3-statement modeling skills and cash flow analysis
• Rigorous, detail-oriented with the ability to explain numbers clearly
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Interest in automating processes and AI tooling

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate FP&A planning cycle end to end, including monthly reporting, budgeting vs. actual, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Contribute to leadership materials and board reporting with insightful performance commentary
• Support systems enhancements to improve forecasting and reporting
• Drive process improvements for transparency, scalability, and rigor across FP&A
• Lead 3-statement model maintenance and updates for in-year and long-term planning
• Support investor, lender, and external diligence requests as needed
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, strategy, and business-unit teams
