Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A professional to lead the enterprise planning, financial modeling, and reporting processes. The role partners with the Head of Corporate Finance and senior leaders across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and Commercial teams to enable strategic decision-making.

Based in New York City, the position requires in-office presence on Tue, Wed, and Thu at our SoHo headquarters.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical finance role.
• Fluent in 3-statement modeling and the mechanics that connect P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain the numbers and moves to leadership.
• Clear, concise communication for senior audiences and leadership forums.
• Collaborative across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and business-unit teams.
• Curious about automating, streamlining, and strengthening processes, including AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enterprise FP&A cycle: monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Contribute to Board materials and leadership reporting with meaningful commentary.
• Support forecasting/reporting enhancements and process improvements for scalability.
• Lead 3-statement model maintenance and long-term planning projections.
• Support capital allocation, liquidity planning, and ad hoc analyses for senior leaders.
• Assist investor, lender, and Board-facing diligence as needed.
