The ideal candidate brings senior FP&A experience, excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in M&A, FP&A, capital markets or related fields.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sophisticated financial analysis to support corporate finance transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Lead M&A evaluations, including valuations, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support.
• Develop and execute capital structure strategies for debt management.
• Pension strategy analysis, including relationships with OCIOs and actuaries for funds exceeding $10B.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
