Job summary

Sense is seeking a Corporate Development Associate in Cambridge, MA to work directly with the CEO, COO, and finance leadership on fundraising, partnerships, and strategic projects. The role focuses on maintaining processes, trackers, and data rooms, while coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and driving diligence to closure.

A strong writer with finance model experience and US work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a comparable analytical and process-driven role.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a track record of owning trackers and timelines.
Strong written communication for correspondence with external partners and investors.

Responsibilities

Support fundraising, partnerships, and strategic projects with executive leadership.
Maintain operating rhythms, trackers, and data rooms; prepare briefing materials and manage diligence requests.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and ensure commitments are followed through with senior stakeholders.
