Responsibilities

• Counsel on pursuit, capture, negotiation, execution, and administration of U.S. Government and commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with IP, environmental, safety, real estate, HR, and compliance teams.
• Support litigation, internal investigations, and labor relations as needed.
