Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Corporate Counsel to support Mission Systems with U.S. government contracting and related matters.

The role requires a Juris Doctorate and active state bar membership, and the ability to obtain a security clearance; relocation assistance may be available. The position will be located ideally in Linthicum, MD or possibly Falls Church, VA or McLean, VA, with relocation assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active state bar membership.
• At least 10 years of relevant U.S. Government contracting experience.
• Ability to analyze complex legal concepts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Counsel on U.S. Government and commercial prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with business and legal teams on IP, environmental, health & safety, real estate, HR, investigations, supply chain, export/import, litigation, and labor relations.
