Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across departments.

• Counsel on real estate transactions and documentation.
• Support government contracting activities.
• Lead the development and enforcement of global legal policies.
