Veolia is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to act as a strategic legal partner for its Industrial Water business. The role supports new business development and existing operations, balancing risk with business objectives and maintaining cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities include NDA/MOU/LOI reviews, bid/RFP counsel, and drafting and negotiating O&M, EPC, and DBOM/DBFOM/DBEFM contracts, with emphasis on amendment management and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 10+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts or related fields.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating O&M, EPC contracts.

Responsabilités

• Review, negotiate, and advise on NDAs, MOUs, and LOIs for new opportunities.
• Provide legal guidance on bid and RFP responses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, with focus on O&M, DBOM/DBFOM, EPC contracts.
• Manage a mixed contract portfolio and use standard templates.
