This senior role drives process improvements, modernizes systems, and partners with executives to build a high-performing accounting and payroll organization across a multi-entity hospitality platform.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-entity accounting and consolidation environments.
• Experience overseeing or partnering with large-scale, multi-state payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate accounting organization including general accounting, financial reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and payroll accounting.
• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Transform accounting through technology and process improvements, automation, analytics and AI.
