Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Experience owning accounting operations, payroll, and revenue-cycle functions.
• Experience in project-based environments (construction/engineering/consulting) preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, billing, payroll, and revenue-cycle operations.
• Oversee project-based billing, POs, invoicing, collections, and change orders.
• Strengthen close processes, controls, and accounting infrastructure.
• Partner with HR, vendors, and leadership to resolve financial issues.
