Job summary

Americase Inc. seeks a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting organization, own financial reporting, and manage the monthly close.

This hands-on executive will partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and FP&A to ensure records reflect activity across facilities and to build scalable controls. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will establish inventory-costing practices, strengthen internal controls, and guide the team in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support growth

Qualifications

• CPA required for leadership of accounting team.
• Eight+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading accounting functions across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inventory control and cost accounting across Americase facilities.
• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Manage treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Develop and mentor accounting team; partner with operations and FP&A.
