Job summary

AIDA-America Corp., the North American manufacturing headquarters for AIDA Engineering Ltd., seeks a Project Controller to ensure accurate estimating and costing of projects and special orders. You will analyze, measure, and report key product cost elements and support tracking of manufacturing inventory movement and valuation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5–7 years of general and manufacturing accounting experience, strong GAAP and MRP/system knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Five to seven years of general and manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• In-depth knowledge of MRP and integrated business systems is required.
• Three to five years in-depth knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs.
• Knowledge of foreign currency (for inventory valuation purposes and for entering into forward contracts).
• General knowledge of international business terms and international accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the accurate estimating and costing of projects and special orders provided by AIDA-America Corporation Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Responsible for the analysis, measurement, and reporting of various key elements of product costs.
• Position serves in a support role for the tracking of manufacturing inventory movement and valuation.
