Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and reporting across manufacturing facilities
• Oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, financial statements
• Ensure accurate reporting for manufacturing operations including inventory and product costs
• Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances and insights
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Maintain internal controls, policies and reporting accuracy
• Leverage accounting systems to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities
• Mentor and develop the accounting team
• Collaborate with CFO and operations to improve financial visibility
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable solutions as organization grows
