Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. As a senior member of the Finance leadership team, the Controller will drive technical accounting leadership, strengthen internal controls, and oversee month-end to year-end close processes.

The ideal candidate has deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, a CPA designation, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, and prior leadership in a multi-state, PE-backed or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, consolidations, and acquisitions.
• Strong internal controls, ERP familiarity, and SOX experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team and manage month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee general ledger, consolidations, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Provide technical accounting leadership on complex matters (revenue recognition, business combinations).
• Establish and improve accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
• Direct audits, coordinate tax provisions, returns, and compliance filings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making.
