Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance; CPA or equivalent designation required.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership; Controller/Assistant Controller preferred.
• Deep U.S. GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition and business consolidations.
• Strong internal controls, ERP know-how, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, consolidations, intercompany, reconciliations.
• Provide technical accounting leadership on complex issues (revenue, business combinations).
• Establish accounting policies and internal controls to support GAAP compliance.
• Manage cash forecasting, banking relationships, and payroll coordination with HR.
• Coordinate external audits and tax distributions; ensure audit readiness.
