Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit.
• Experience owning the monthly close and consolidated financial reporting process.
• Exposure to FP&A, financial strategy, treasury, and cash management.
• Experience scaling accounting processes, systems, and teams within a growing organization.
• Strong systems orientation with ERP and financial reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or major financial systems initiatives preferred.
• Acquisition integration experience strongly preferred.
• Private equity-backed company experience is a plus.
• Professional services or another people-focused/service-based industry background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and executive leadership on financial strategy, capital planning, and growth initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics.
• Lead treasury, cash management, and credit agreement compliance.
• Oversee corporate risk and insurance activities.
• Own the monthly accounting close and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable reporting requirements.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead external audit activities and manage auditor relationships.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances.
• Present results to leadership, ownership, and Board.
• Standardize accounting and financial processes across the organization.
• Lead ERP implementation and finance infrastructure initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Lead accounting and financial integration for acquisitions.
