Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Ability to partner with executives and drive scalable finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting including general ledger, AP, payroll, and close processes.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Establish and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and regulatory examinations.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to executives.
