Soleo Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Controller in Chesterfield, MO to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This senior role partners with executive leadership to drive financial accuracy, scalability, and strategic support across the organization.

The Controller will oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, month-end close, audits, and system enhancements while building a high-performing team and ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to operate at a senior leadership level with cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting and close processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements per GAAP and policies.
• Establish and improve internal controls and procedures for compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory examinations.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights for leadership decisions.
• Oversee and optimize financial systems and reporting tools.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and executives to align finance with objectives.
• Lead process automation and system enhancements.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team with hiring and performance management.
• Set goals and accountability across the team.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration in finance.
