GNR has been retained to identify a Corporate Controller for a rapidly growing defense organization. This strategic finance leader will ensure GAAP, FAR/DFARS, and CAS compliance while leading a team and coordinating across divisions.

The role reports to the Corporate CFO, builds processes, reconciles accounts, and oversees audits and closings. On-site relocation support is offered to the Sarasota/ Tampa/ Clearwater region.

Competenze

• Strong defense finance experience required with FAR/DFARS, GAAP, DCAA/DCMA, and CAS.
• Experience with cost structures: FFP, T&M, CP, pricing, and rate structures.
• Proven leadership skills to mentor teams across multiple sites and drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Report to Corporate CFO and lead a small finance team.
• Establish processes, reconcile balance sheets, and manage month/year end closings.
• Oversee DCAA audits and interactions with auditors.
• Grow accounting team across multiple divisions and sites.
