Corporate Controller for a Defense Organization

GNR has been retained to identify a CORPORATE CONTROLLER for a rapidly growing DEFENSE organization.

There’s no question this position will offer you high visibility within the organization and career growth given their active M&A and organic growth (this $200M division has current awards totaling $800M)!

We’re seeking a STRATEGIC financial leader experienced within the DEFENSE / AEROSPACE industry to ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR/DFARS & CAS.

• Reporting to the Corporate CFO, you will build & lead a small team and collaborate & correlate all financial accounting data from other divisions to present and communicate your findings to the Executive team.
• You’ll establish processes & procedures, reconcile balance sheets, manage DCAA audits, general ledger & month end / year end closings.
• You will help build and grow your accounting team with responsibilities across multiple divisions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• STRONG in-depth Defense Finance experience is REQUIRED - FAR / DFARs, GAAP, DCAA / DCMA, CAS
• Experience with various cost structures; Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time-Materials (T&M), Cost Plus (CP), Pricing, Direct/Indirect rate structures, program, proposals & contracts support
• Collaborative and ambitious finance leader; able to develop and mentor high-performance teams and identify improvements for multiple sites.
• Bachelor's degree + US Citizenship
