Job summary

NorthBay Recruiter seeks an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations for a multi-entity organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee a team, manage closes, and ensure accurate consolidated statements, internal controls, and timely reporting across units.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred and public accounting background advantageous.
• Proven leadership of accounting teams in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting across business units.
• Manage debt covenant calculations, lender reporting, and external audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and partner with leadership to drive process improvements and automation.
