Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting, close processes, and GAAP reporting across multiple entities and states. You will strengthen internal controls, drive audit readiness, and partner with the CFO on financial insights, budgeting, and reporting improvements.

The role is full-time, on-site in Stanton, CA, reporting to the CFO, with a salary range of $175,000 to $200,000 per year and a focus on consolidations and asset-intensive operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership and multi-entity consolidation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial close across multiple entities, business units, and states.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, intercompany activity, and GAAP reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness and accounting policies.
• Lead accounting teams and oversee GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, and capital accounting.
• Partner with the CFO on financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
