The position collaborates with HEOR, Legal, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales to develop programs and materials, manages the budget, and reports to the Executive Director, Market Access and Policy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years oncology pharma / biotech experience.
• 2+ years oncology market access marketing experience.
• Development and execution of marketing tactical plans, including program and material development, approval and delivery.
• Strong project management and communication skills to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of market access strategy and business planning for Taiho Oncology assets across US segments.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Legal, Marketing, Market Research, Medical Affairs and Sales to capture insights and prepare value propositions.
• Establish payer education plans and drive payer messaging and access pull-through tactics.
• Develop and deliver print materials, presentations, websites and media for core messages.
• Own market access communications budget development, management and adherence to goals.
• Manage agency partnerships and ensure budget execution.
• Work with PRC to ensure compliant market access pieces through review/approval.
• Support all market access department operations.
