Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate communications experience within pharma/biotech or life sciences.
• Excellent writing/editing skills; ability to translate complex info into clear content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communications aligned with strategic goals.
• Create compelling content for social media, website, press releases, and internal channels.
• Manage editorial calendars and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Own updates to branding, templates, and approved branded assets across channels.
• Plan and support company-wide town halls and employee communications events.
• Oversee corporate storytelling, including patient and employee stories.
• Lead content development for newsletters and internal digital signage.
• Manage corporate awards submissions and vendor relationships.
