The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to shape how we connect, inform, and engage our corporate teams, franchise owners, and clinics. This role translates business priorities into clear, thoughtful communications across a nationwide franchise system.

You will lead communications strategy across the organization, manage editorial calendars, measure engagement, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows while upholding accuracy and a human touch.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of corporate or internal communications experience, including ownership of programs or strategy.
• Franchise, multi-unit, or public company experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive leadership, corporate teams, and franchise owners.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills to assess priorities and communicate messages.

Responsabilidades

• Lead communications intake and planning, prioritizing messaging, audience, timing, and channels.
• Translate business priorities into communications strategies aligned with company vision.
• Manage recurring communications including weekly field emails and the monthly BackBone digital magazine.
• Own editorial strategy for BackBone; use analytics to improve readership and engagement.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and scorecards to evaluate effectiveness across channels.
• Improve communications processes, workflows, templates, and SharePoint resources.
• Advise executive leadership and coordinate with Marketing, PR, IT, and other teams.
• Deliver CORE communications training for new franchise owners; guide channels and PR practices.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows while keeping accuracy and human judgment.
