Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic seeks a strategic, data-driven Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer to translate business strategy into impactful people solutions. This executive leads the HR function for the corporate team, shaping talent strategy, organizational development, total rewards, and governance to support long-term objectives.

Reporting to the CEO, the CHRO partners with the executive team to strengthen leadership, culture, and organizational capability while driving business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility across multiple HR disciplines.
• Franchisor experience strongly preferred, including joint-employer considerations and developing HR resources for franchise owners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive team to develop and execute people strategies aligning with strategic priorities and growth.
• Provide executive leadership across HR functions including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, total rewards, and compliance.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, change management, and workforce analytics.
• Lead HR operations, governance, risk management, and AI adoption to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Support compensation planning, budgeting, and collaboration with Finance and Board committees.
