The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Manager of HR Operations to act as a hands-on HR generalist for our corporate team. You will keep policies current and compliant, run programs that drive performance and engagement, and serve as the administrator for HR systems, including Paylocity and JazzHR.

You will also lead hiring and onboarding for corporate roles and build HR toolkits for our franchise network. This role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including policy, performance management and HRIS administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
• Hands‑on experience administering an HRIS and an ATS (Paylocity preferred; JazzHR a plus).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law, with Arizona experience a plus.
• Experience running performance review cycles and engagement programs.
• Recruiting experience with structured interviewing.
• Comfort working with data, reporting and dashboards.
• Franchise or multi‑location experience a plus.
• Strong relationship builder who can coach managers and earn trust with leaders.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.

Responsabilidades

• Run the annual performance review cycle, including timelines, communications, manager guidance and tracking.
• Coach managers on goal setting, feedback and performance conversations.
• Manage engagement surveys and tools (e.g., OfficeVibe), share results and help leaders act on them.
• Plan and support engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture and values.
• Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS (Paylocity) and related HR tools, including JazzHR and onboarding platforms.
• Provide ongoing support to franchise owners and their teams using JazzHR, including user access, postings, troubleshooting, and questions.
• Maintain data integrity, system configuration and changes, and lead upgrades and audits.
• Partner with payroll and IT on integrations, data flows and system changes.
• Deliver HR reporting and dashboards that inform leadership decisions.
• Bring in AI and technology tools to automate processes and reduce administrative work.
• Maintain HR documentation in SharePoint and support an HR help desk.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, define role requirements, scorecards, interview processes and sourcing strategies.
• Manage offers within salary bands, internal equity and budget, and keep hiring documentation compliant.
• Run onboarding for new team members and plan 90-day onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with Marketing to support employer brand and candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain HR toolkits, templates and best-practice resources for franchise owners.
