The Joint Chiropractic in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager of HR Operations to be a hands-on HR generalist for our corporate team. You’ll keep policies current and compliant, run programs that drive performance and engagement, and serve as the administrator for our HR systems.

You’ll also lead hiring and onboarding for corporate roles and build HR toolkits that support our franchise network, partnering with payroll, IT and Marketing to sustain a scalable, values-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
• Hands-on HRIS and ATS experience (Paylocity, JazzHR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law, with Arizona experience a plus.
• Experience running performance reviews and engagement programs.
• Recruiting experience with structured interviewing.

Aufgaben

• Run the annual performance review cycle with timelines, communications, manager guidance and tracking.
• Coach managers on goal setting, feedback and performance conversations.
• Manage engagement surveys and tools (OfficeVibe), share results and help leaders act on them.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, partner with hiring managers on requirements and interview processes.
• Develop and maintain HR toolkits, templates and best-practice resources for franchise owners.
• Maintain HR documentation in SharePoint and support HR help desk.
