Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, finance, life sciences, journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years in investor relations, corporate communications, biotech communications, healthcare capital markets, or related field.
• Experience preparing corporate decks, messaging, press releases, and conference messaging.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, able to translate complex science into concise business language.
• Strong project management in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with limited infrastructure.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve drafting, research, and workflows with human judgment.
• Familiarity with rare disease, pulmonary, respiratory, or specialty pharmaceutical markets.

Responsibilities

• Own Celea’s integrated communications workplan, ensuring messaging is clear, credible, compliant, and aligned with strategy.
• Develop and maintain corporate external materials: decks, presentations, press releases, talking points, Q&A, website, and social content.
• Collaborate with leadership, Finance, Legal, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and external advisors on corporate objectives and planning.
• Coordinate internal communications with Leadership and HR, supporting announcements and program rollouts.
• Translate complex clinical and regulatory information into balanced, audience-appropriate messaging.
