Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum five years' experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences corporate communications (in-house or agency).
• Demonstrated success creating content across multiple channels (executive, employee, social media, digital content).
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce content supporting corporate priorities, milestones, and culture.
• Translate complex information into engaging communications for internal and external audiences.
• Create and edit emails, intranet content, newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
• Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support media relations activities and reporting.
