Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Casualty and Litigation Claim professional to join the Corp Auto Team in Bellevue, WA. You will manage litigated BI cases, support discovery, and drive process improvements with outside counsel and TPA partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in risk, compliance, or litigation-related roles, plus strong customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years auditing business processes, risk mitigation, or internal audits experience.
• 5 years of work in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management experience.
• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in audits related to business processes, risk mitigation, program compliance, or internal audits.
• Experience working in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance or project management.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Auto Team with litigation management, discovery, and process improvements across BI claims.
• Coordinate and respond to internal legal inquiries and large-scale litigations.
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes for litigation-related tasks.
• Identify and preserve discovery items in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Liaise between outside counsel, Risk/Legal Managers and internal teams to gather required documentation for discovery requests.
• Assist risk managers and other stakeholders on discovery processes and logistics.
• Perform other litigation management tasks as needed.
• Some travel may be required.
