Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate law matters, including M&A, governance, and commercial contracts.
• Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations to identify legal risks in transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of documents, including contracts and governance documents.
• Providing legal advice to the board and senior management on governance matters.
• Assisting with development and implementation of corporate policies to ensure compliance with laws.
• Advising on legal aspects of strategic initiatives and collaborating across teams to protect interests.
• Staying abreast of changes in corporate law and governance practices.
