Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• CPA certification preferred; SAP or ERP experience desirable.
• Experience with Blackline and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train associates as needed.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure timely close processes.
• Address complaints and resolve problems while ensuring financial controls.
• Prepare month-end close and reconciliations; post journals timely.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and postings across locations.
• Collaborate on updates to financial systems (SAP S4, Blackline) and SOPs.
• Act as liaison between USD and business for accounting functions.
