Job summary

Allied Mineral Products Holding, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead corporate accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

You will oversee month-end and year-end closes, account reconciliations, and complex transactions, while driving process improvements and system implementations with cross-functional partners. The role directs a team including the AP Supervisor, partners with leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and integrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA is desired but not required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of ERP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing accounting professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects, acquisitions, and system initiatives.
• Manage financial reporting, review schedules, and ensure timely, accurate statements.
• Direct internal and external audit activities and coordinate documentation.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements in accounting operations.
• Ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Provide leadership, develop the accounting team, and drive cross-functional partnerships.
